About Two Factor Theory Of Motivation

Frederick Herzberg’s well known Two-Factor Theory was designed in year 1959. Based on two hundred Engineers & Accountant feedback collected in the USA regarding their personal feelings towards their working environmental.

Herzberg defined two sets of factors in deciding employees working attitudes & level of performance, named Motivation & Hygiene Factors.

What is motivation….?

Two Factor Theory Of Motivation Motivation factor :-Work condition related to the satisfaction of the need for psychological growth.

Hygiene Factor :-Work condition related to dissatisfaction caused by discomfort or pain.
