ADD DOUBLE CREAM

ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS

MIX WELL UNTIL A HARD DOUGH IS FORMED

ROLL OUT THE DOUGH THINLY...

... AND THEN CUT IT INTO SHORT STRIPES WITH A WAVY CUTTER

MAKE A LONG CUT IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH STRIPE, PUT ONE END THROUGH THE CUT AND PULL

HEAT THE OIL FOR DEEP – FRYING TO 180 C

FRY FAWORKI ON BOTH SIDESFOR 6-8 SECONDS UNTIL THEYARE LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN

LIFT THEM OUT WITH TWO FORKS AND DRAIN ON KITCHEN PAPER

SPRINKLE OVER FAWORKIWITH CASTER SUGAR...
