There are no other documents required for a B-1/B-2 visa.
STEP ONE•Selection of type of visa•It is suggested that sufficient time for visa processing

•Complete DS-160 Nonimmigrant Visa Application form.
STEPS THREE
• Pay the non-refundable application fee and schedule appointment (if required).
STEPS FOUR• Schedule your
appointments to attend the center of attention to the Applicant, Service Center (ASC) in Bogota or Medellin, for fingerprinting, photo, Applicants should present their current passport and DS-160 confirmation page
STEPS SIX• Introduce yourself in the Visa Unit of the United States Embassy in Bogota in the date and time of your appointment.
STEPS SEVEN
•Pick up your passport with visa in the DHL office or in the CAS you selected
