EduLink gives all teachers, students and parents within a school a suite of software management tools to access real- time data from their school’s MIS - accessible online, within Moodle or via an app. EduLink brings data to life, with real-time reporting helping teachers make better informed decisions. With Write Back teachers can update the MIS with mobile electronic registration, as well as recording grades, achievement and behaviour for complete assessment and anytime, anywhere reporting. Reports Available: Assessment

Assessment grids allow MIS assessment data to be reported in a clear, tabular format using features such as traffic lighting to help track progress against targets.

Reports Available: Behaviour & Achievement

This displays the student’s total behaviour points as well as a detailed list of the student’s behaviour items. The system can be configured to filter the behaviour list by date or type, and also to hide selected columns.

Reports Available: Statutory Attendance

A students statutory (a.m. & p.m.) attendance is displayed as a pie chart for the academic year or for a given month. Where a student has been absent, more information about the absence can be obtained by selecting the pie chart segment.

Reports Available: Lesson Level Attendance

For schools that record lesson level attendance, a student’s attendance can be viewed by subject. Hovering over non present marks automatically reveals the percentage. Clicking on non present marks drills down to a detailed view of the absence.

Reports Available: Timetable

The system displays a weekly timetable for a student, with subject, teaching group, teacher and room displayed for each period. It supports multi-week timetables. When integrating with Moodle, clicking on an entry will show information relevant to timetabled subject – grades, upcoming homework, lesson level attendance and links to Moodle courses.

Reports Available: Documents

Provides access to documents held within the MIS system, avoiding the need to print or post them. Documents can be published in their native format (e.g. doc) or as PDF files. The system can be configured to make documents available based on type, title or publication date.

Members of staff get access to a student’s contact details.

The school’s calendar as held in the MIS is available. This could include things such as school holidays and school events.

If the system is linked to a Trust-e cashless catering system, the student’s current balance and transaction history can be displayed.
