• Describe the SituationProvide context – Who, Where, What, When

• Describe the ObstacleWhat was your task? What challenges did you face?

• Describe the ActionsWhat did you do? If a team activity, transition from “We” to “I” to highlight your contributions.

• Describe the ResultsHow did it end? Was the outcome a success? What did you learn? What were the benefits?
