of any rainbow.....

We need to acknowledge that there isn’t one correct answer to providing a single ‘one size fits all’ solution that meets the

needs of everyone

The word innovation derives from the Latin word innovare "to renew or change,”

We therefore need to encourage, enable and embrace:

Pushing (the edge of) the envelope

To attempt to extend the current limits of performance.

To innovate, or go beyond commonly accepted

boundaries.

BUT what about the barriers to InNOvation….
