We complain that the city is dirty, but smokers just drop the cigarette tips on the sidewalk or they throw them with a very peculiar movement on the edge of the sidewalk. This is something we don’t do when we travel to other cities. In fact we have the “big brother” effect and worry that if we do something wrong we might end up in trouble, like paying fines, or we would be ashamed by a citizen telling us what we have done is disgusting. So, here is an idea for smokers:The “Keep Your Cigarette Tip Device”Cheap, small, you can keep in you bag, backpack, or in your jacket pocketWhat’s next?

How can we design a devise to keep our community cleaner?
