What is communication:

The imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium.

Communication is the activity of conveying information through the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information, as by speech, visuals, signals, writing, or behavior. It is the meaningful exchange of information between two or more living creatures.

Communicating with others involves three primary steps:

Thought: First, information exists in the mind of the sender. This can be a concept, idea, information, or feelings.

Encoding: Next, a message is sent to a receiver in words or other symbols.

Decoding: Lastly, the receiver translates the words or symbols into a concept or information that a person can understand.

TYPE OF COMMUNICATION:

There are two type of communication: verbal communication Nonverbal communication

VERBAL COMMUNICATION:

Verbal communication is an act of conveying messages, ideas, or feelings through the use of mouth.

Verbal communication is the main way of communicating face-to-face.

The key components of the verbal communication are words, sound, speaking, and language.

VERBAL COMMUNICATION:

Communication is done by word of mouth and piece of writing.

TYPE OF VERBAL COMMUNICATION:

Communication is done by word of mouth and piece of writing.

ORAL COMMUNICATION:

In oral communication spoken word are used.

It include face to face conversation, speech, telephone conversation, video, television, voice over internet.

In oral communication, communication is influence by pitch, volume, speed, and clarity of speaking.

Written communication:

Written signs or symbols are used to communicate.

It may be hand written or printed.

Nonverbal communication :

Non verbal communication:

Nonverbal communication means sending and receiving wordless message.

Non verbal communication is when you can tell what someone means or feels about something without them talking like by their facial expressions or body language

Nonverbal communication is all about body language of speaker.
