In the following slides, I will be presenting on how I envision the City of Future to look like.

1. SELF SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS

All buildings shall be sustainable in many ways. The following flow chart represents the basic ingredients required to have an efficient autonomous building.

This picture depicts a 3-D Modeling of a futuristic building network.

The Design incorporates all the points mentioned in the previous 2 slides.

Effective use of vertical space results in greater productive utilization of ground space.

2. RENEWABLE RESOURCES

Effective utilization of the nature is the key to have a productive future.

The world can survive only through Sustainable Development of the natural resources.

These resources are indispensible for the growth of the earth towards a more greener place to live.

SOLAR ENERGY

the most important renewable energy source – SUN

Each house to be compulsorily installed with Solar Panels.

One time installation cost of ~ 3000 €. Life long benefit is enormous both with respect to cost and also Sustainable environment.

3. FOOD SUSTENANCE

The future city will provide food for all.

Sustenance of Food will take pole position among people’s minds.

4. NO RACE DISCRIMINATION

In the future city, there should be no discrimination based on race, caste or religion.

This promotes teamwork which in turn leads to better sustainability of human beings.

5. END TO TERRORISM

In the future city, all terrorist networks will be obliterated and eradicated.

The world will be a peaceful place to live.

In a nutshell, I envision the city of future to be

Sustainable. Safe. Effective & Efficient. Indiscriminating. Free from anti-humanitarian elements.
