Site Conditions

Site is away from city traffic and situated in a very peaceful area. In front of Main Gate of the site ,there is a 30mt. Wide road. There is a Railway Crossing near the site. The site is fully covered with newly developed residential and commercial schemes. Importance to greenery is given optimum. At backside of the Site, there is small piece of unused open land.

Microclimate The climate of Ahmedabad is Generally Dry. The temperature varies here from 5°C to 47°C. here Annual Rainfall is of about 93.2 cm. Here summer lasts from months of March to June.Monsoon from July to October, 7 Winter from November to February. In summer ,there is Hot weather with humidity. In Monsoon ,south west monsoon brings rain. In Winter ,the climate is dry and Chill due to cold Northerly Winds.

Surroundings The Site is surrounded by Residential schemes on either sides. In the front of the site ,there is a 30mt. Wide Road. There is a small piece of unused land at Backside of the side. There are also Bungalows ,corporate offices ,and a Railway Crossing near the Site. The Site is also nearby the hospital, party plot, Bus stop, and Super market. Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Highway is 2km and Sardar Patel Ring Road is 1km away from the site.

Topography

Ahmedabad is situated in the center of Gujarat. There are no notable hilly areas in Ahmedabad but the central portion of ahmedabad is Elevated somewhat high. The sabarmati river also effects the topography of Ahmedabad. Topography of the Site is Elevated to 88.69m or 88.69ft from the Sea level.

Existing Greenery & Landscape Green spaces are adding a great look and also a requirement of clean and cool air. There are Total 98 no. o trees are planted on an average of 1 trees per every 75 sq.mts. Area. Common plot of 649.11 sq.mts. is also covered with grass and small plants and herbs at boundaries.Every Bungalow has given a personal garden and splash Pool. At the backside of every bungalow and at the Boundaries of whole plot, trees are planted. Tree plantation & Water bodies proves best landscaping on the site.

Green Areas

Design philosophy and Concept Here, the planning have been done on a philosophy that residents can use maximum Natural Light, Air openness. Design is done after taking In mind the Parking Problems and also the traffic problems on the Internal and external Roads. Planning is done for 4 BHK and 2 Lounges.Toilets, Kitchen, Bedroom, stairs & Lift have easy accessibility and also reduces cross-circulation of people. Planning of Bungalow is done on a linear concept. Individual Parking and easy accessibility from Terrace to Parking plays major role in these design.

Safe and Sound Quality controlled R.C.C. Frame Structure with best material component is made.

Earthquake Resistant Structure as per 1893 and IS 4326 criteria is made.

The form and Shape of the Bungalow is Rectangular.

The Garden and splash pool are also kept in Rectangular shape.

Small Ventilators are also kept in Rectangular shape.

Building Construction Techniques

Concrete was made in large concrete mixtures. Formwork was done with the help of timber and Steel was mostly used. Holes were made and huge PVC pipes were passed through by providing a steel duct around them.
