Recycling for Carnival

Materials needed

Cardboard PlateScissorsMagenta PaintPermanent MarkerPencilUsed EnvelopeButtons and hearts made out of used feltWhite GlueUsed RibbonPaint BrushFeather

1st Step

An outline of a mask was drawn on a cardboard plate.

The mask was then cut out using a pair of scissors.

2nd Step

A line was drawn around the mask using a permanent marker.

The mask was painted pink usinga water colour.

3rd Step

A used envelope was cut into small square pieces.

4th Step

The square pieces were glued to the mask using white glue.

5th Step

The mask was decorated with buttons and felt hearts. Glue was again used for this purpose.

6th Step

A bow was made out of a used ribbon. It was then stuck in the middle of the mask.

7th Step

A feather was stuck on the mask in order to make it more colourful. The eyes were cut out using a blade.
