Our brainstorm about what we think we would find in our bush
We buried jars in the ground to see what bugs might fall into them. They were called our BUG TRAPS.
We had success
We foundworms, spiders, millipedes, springtails, ants and other things
We did some leaf and bark rubbings to put on our class display tree
We have used the leaf book to identify the names of trees in our school
On Fridays our poems and craft have been about things we might find in our bush
We have written stories about different insects and bugs we might find in our bush
