• Drop off in school sports hall by 4.30am.• Parents to leave after dropping off.• Checks and packing coach.• Coach leaves at 5.00am.• Tunnel 9.50am• In Belgium by 12.00 noon (1.00pm Belgian

• To understand and empathise with the nature of WW1 and the Western Front.

• Develop historical knowledge and writing skills.• Visiting several cemeteries including the largest

for British and Commonwealth soldiers.• Laying wreaths and crosses to our house

heroes and others.• Visiting trenches and tunnels.

What to take…

• Kit list• 2 bags, one for the journey, one for the stay.• Passport, European Health Card, Euros,

Medication.• Travel sick?

What not to take…•More money than indicated.•Mobile phones or any other

electronic kit.
