o Get paid £250 per week for 12-week period 7 July to 26 September 2014

o Only APSCo members are able to participate

o Working closely with participating members to ensure they follow our best practice guidelines

o Receive personal development feedback from a dedicated mentor

o At least 3-days formal recruitment specific training and development in addition to on-the-job training

o Working with Thomas International Receive a personal psychometric profile via to highlight strengths and development areas

How to Apply

• Make a Step profile• Include a strong personal statement• Apply to the APSCo role• Apply to any other role you are interested in (be aware that we have

graduate and undergraduate roles)• You may be contacted by Step or our partners about other roles

The APSCo Process

• You will receive an initial call within a fortnight of applying to confirm your interest and availability• You will then receive a link to the Thomas International personality

profile• We will then schedule a time for a competency based interview which

should take approx 10 minutes. Interviews will take place end of March onwards.• You will then be matched to individual roles with a view to

interviewing from Easter onwards.
