Email

• Email stands for Electronic mail• Means of communication using the Internet.• It helps us in sending school projects, business

proposals and many different kinds of files.

Blog

• It’s like posting what you like. You can put images of you so that they can know what you look like and how you carry yourself. Maybe put some of your song covers that you’ve recorded so that they can know how proud you are with your amazing voice.

Online Chat

• It has a similarity with Email, but in this case you are communicating with someone through social networking sites and other sites that can provide a chat.

• It helps us to talk to someone far away.

Social Bookmarking

• Helps you to organize sites in just one folder or somewhere.

• Making it more organize enables you to find something quick. You can put all multimedia bookmarks in one folder and games on the other.

URL

• URL or Uniform Resource Locator. Also known as web address.

• It is where you put the address of the site that you want to visit or to go to.

• This also helps us to know what is the site that we are visiting.

Streaming

• It’s like a video. Watching things you want through streaming

• There’s also live streaming where in you can watch channels that are in your television using other devices.

Podcast

• Podcast or Netcast.• Similar to streaming this also gives us a chance

to watch videos and unlike streaming, this allows us to hear audios and others.

Wiki

• Website that allows visitors to make changes, contributions, or corrections about texts that is posted or by just simply editing texts in the site.

HTML

• Hyper Text Mark-up Language.• Needed to create websites to be viewed on

the internet.• You can build a web pages using notepad and

codes.

VoIP

• Voice over Internet Protocol.• Method in delivering voice communications

and other multimedia files.

Web Feed

• Web feed or news feed.• A data format used for providing users with

frequently updated content.

Social Networking

• These are sites that helps us with our social life.

• We can post our status, feelings, photos, videos, and others here.

• Some of the sites have games that we can play with.

• Social networking connects people closer to each other.

WWW

• World Wide Web.• A system of interlinked hypertext documents

accessed via the internet. With a web browser, one can view web pages that may contain text, images, videos, and other multimedia and navigate between them via hyperlinks.
