Fabrication of Flexible Tipper System by 3 Axis Pneumatic Modern Trailer
ABSTRACT Mechanical engineering without production and manufacturing is
meaningless and inseparable. Production and manufacturing process deals with
conversion of raw materials inputs to finished products as per required dimensions
specifications and efficiently using recent technology
Pneumatic three axis trailer are used mainly in construction site as well in industrial site
where the place is very less ,here we can unload the material at any side of the
trailer .where as in ordinary unloading done at back side only here we can unload the load
on left side, right side and backside also, this system is totally operated with the
pneaaumatic components with linkage mechanism
In this project, the Control Valve is used to activate/deactivate the Air input.
The Valve is ‘ON’ the compressed air goes to the pneumatic cylinder. And then
pushes the pneumatic cylinder, so that the Lifting is applied at the time of Valve in
“ON” position Each position is actuated with separate valves, but condition is only
one axis is operated at one time of instant .The speed of the pneumatic cylinder is
varied by using flow control valve. This is the way of controlling Lifting speed of
the Trailer
