ASSESSMENT GOALS
• 40% of the certifiable workforce in Morgan
County assessed by the end of 2015
• Current members have assessed 72% of
their journey level workforce
• Creation of tools to move the needle on
more people being trained could include: • Process workflow options for training
• Workshop(s) for member companies/potential
member companies classes
• Act as clearinghouse on what classes are needed
and supplementing the cost to make it more
efficient
