ADVENTURES AT HOME. ADVENTURES ABROAD.What better way to know the world than to see the world? At UW-Green Bay an
average of 180 to 200 students study abroad each year. They take their dreams to
various points around the world—about 20 to 25 countries—and return with a new
perspective and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
Whether you are studying for an entire year overseas, or taking a two-week trip
between semesters, your study abroad experience will be noticed by employers and
open doors to new opportunities for you.

“Growing up, I dreamed about visiting
Europe. Studying for a semester there
made it real, and it changed me.
I traveled to the Netherlands, the
Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany,
Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy and
various cities around France. I became
more accepting and open to other
cultures, I became more confident
in myself, and I made so many good
friends. We already have plans to
visit each other in the years ahead!
I highly encourage other students to
study abroad.”
WHY STUDY ABROAD?• See the world and experience other cultures
• Strengthen your foreign language skills
• Gain an international and intercultural experience that is
attractive to employers
• Have the adventure of a lifetime!

CAMPUS SAFETY A PRIORITYUW-Green Bay is a welcoming, safe, inclusive community — a place where students feel secure. The University is invested in the safety of every student, faculty and staff member on our campus and employs sworn police officers who patrol campus 24/7. We are proud of our campus safety record.
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires colleges and universities make available a combined Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report which includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes on campus and closely related locations. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault and other matters. You may obtain this information for UW-Green Bay at https://www.uwgb.edu/public-safe-ty/clery/annual-security-and-fire-safety-report/ A printed copy of the report may be obtained by writing to Office of Public Safety, Instructional Services, Room 1024, 2420 Nicolet Drive Green Bay, WI 54311-7001, or by calling 920-465-2300.

FOUR CAMPUSES.ONE UNIVERSITY. UW-Green Bay is a dynamic, four-campus University, with locations
along the beautiful lake and bay shores of Northeast Wisconsin in
Green Bay, Marinette, Manitowoc and Sheboygan.
At each of these campuses, students explore leading degree offerings
and major/minor programs taught by award-winning, student-
centered faculty. Rounding out their experience, students participate
in diverse clubs, organizations and campus athletics, making campus
and community connections that last a lifetime.

“After completing my first two years
at Marinette, which included an
independent study substituted as an
internship at FOX 11, I came to
UW-Green Bay and worked as a writer/
editor for Good Day Wisconsin for a year
and a half. I was recently promoted to a
full-time position as digital producer, all
while going to school. I’ve worked two
NFL drafts, elections, a presidential visit
and breaking news. I’m eager to grow

THE BEST WAY TO KNOW THE CAMPUS IS TO SEE THE CAMPUSCampus Preview Day Designed to provide a complete overview of the college experience at UW-Green Bay. Take a tour of academic and residential facilities and meet with admissions staff and faculty. Learn about campus life, and ask questions about becoming a Phoenix.
Major Open House These events focus on specific academic programs and are led by professors who teach in those fields. These programs are helpful for students who have identified an area of interest.
Campus Tours Campus tours are offered most weekdays, giving you the chance to meet advisors and current students. Sneak peek visits offered on some Saturdays and evenings.
I’ve just completed my sopho-
more year at UW-Green Bay and
I know I picked the right school!
I made sure it was the right
choice by signing up for a
Campus Previw Day. My favor-
ite part was getting to see the
classrooms, checking out the
residence halls and campus dining
hall, and getting to chat with
some of the professors in the
business school. I also chose to
attend a daily tour where I got to
meet one on one with an admis-

tions answered. Now I am telling
prospective students about
UW-Green Bay as a University
