Kale and cauliflower may both belong to the species brassica oleracea, but they’re brawling this week here at Gastropost. Your mission is to choose Team Kale or Team Cauliflower and vote by sharing a dish that

features one or the other. In the white corner we have cauliflower, which is the “it vegetable” of 2014 — that is, if blogs, food media and restaurant menus are to

be believed. In the green corner, it’s kale, prized for its nutrition and versatility. It’s a long-time favourite of food lovers, including many Gastroposters. So will
