YOU’RE INVITED TO ATTEND OUR FIRST LEADERSHIP FOR EQUITY & INCLUSION WORKSHOP

Help us launch this prejudice reduction workshop at UIS! �e UIS Coalition Builders (an a�liate of the National Coalition Building Institute) is a new leadership training organization at UIS that works to eliminate prejudice and con�ict. We endeavor to

increase our campus’ pro-active response to discrimination, controversy, and intergroup con�ict.

�is award winning workshop consists of a series of incremental, participatory activi-ties that empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to take leadership in build-ing inclusive communities in their workplaces, social groups, and neighborhoods. Par-

ticipants are students, sta�, and faculty who are exposed to people with similarities and di�erences who they engage in life changing discussion.
