should+infinitive (should do/ should watch etc.):

Should do something= it is good thing to do, it is the right thing to do:

Tom should go to bed earlier. He goes to bed very late.

    

You shouldn’t do something= it is not a good thing to do. Shouldn’t= should not:

You watch TV all the time. You shouldn’t watch TV so much.

Read the dialogue Mum: Why are you home so early, Eddy? What’s the
