Technics that you could use: Option A: circular needles using moebius tecnics (see tutorial video) Option B: A pair of two knitting needles and the end twisting the fabric and sew the border (see graphic).

Yarn: a ball of yarn (100 g. approximately) Barrocco Multicolor Circulo, Code 9900 http://www.circulo.com.br/pt/produto/croche/barroco . Needle: 6mm (see a yarn do you like for this needle size). Pattern stitch: The welt stitch (see tutorial video). Cast Ons: 68 stitch. Finished Dimensions: see graphic below
