China has been developing at a tremendous pace.

Rapid urbanization have led to an enormous amount of

construction activity which caused numerous cultural

loss. However, in Yangzhou, the old inner city is well

preserved—area of 5.1 km2 with over 0.1 million

residents living in buildings no higher than 2 stories.
