Conference activities
The Conference activities are taking place in plenary sessions and department sessions.
The time and place of holding the sessions will be in accordance to the schedule set by this Program.
Registration office
From 12th of December 2018, the reception Bureau of the Kopa-onik School of Natural law and the office of the executive organi-zer will work during the duration of the Conference in Kopaonik – hotel Grand from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.
The registration office
Shall perform the registration of participants, issuance of materi-als, registration of participants without a confirmed registration, solve eventual reservation disputes and special requests, as well as other matters in relation to the Kopaonik School of Natural law, as the organizer of the Conference.
Participants are obliged to perform the registration with the Executive organizer, where they have made the payment of the arrangement or with the organizer of the Kopaonik School of Natural law, if the payment for the Publication of reports has been made (working material – in 4 volumes, badge).

Reception and accommodation of participants
Participants with a confirmed reservation shall report directly to the reception desk of the chosen hotel.For eventual controversial and additional requests the Office of the Conference shall be exclusively competent.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO PARTICIPANTS
During the registration the participants will be issued an appro-priate sign – badge WHICH IS THE ONLY MEANS OF AD-MITTANCE TO WORKING ROOMS AND THE ENTERTA-INMENT PROGRAM.
PARTICIPANTS ARE OBLIGED TO WEAR THE BADGE IN A VIEWABLE PLACE DURING THEIR STAY IN WORKING ROOMS AND THE ATTENDANCE TO THE ENTERTA-INMENT PROGRAM.
THE ORGANIZERS ARE OBLIGED TO INTRODUCE THIS KIND OF CONTROL SINCE IN PREVIOUS CONFERENCES A LARGE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AVOIDED THEIR OBLIGATIONS.

WORKING MATERIAL
By payment of the amount included in the price of the arrange-ment, the rights are obtained to:

2. Participation in the work of the Conference, attendance in all halls and all forms of work, as well as use of technical features and technical organization in the working rooms.

4. Attendance of the department sessions and round tables – Indepencence of the Cours within the System of Di-vision of Powers; Preliminary draft of the Civil Code of the Republic of Serbia.
The payment of published reports (working material) is man-datory for every participant of the Conference and is made with the complete arrangement.
If a participant of the Conference has arranged his or her stay out of the scope of the complete arrangement, the published reports (working material) can be paid to the organizer in Belgrade or directly to the office in Kopaonik and thereby obtain all rights of participating in the work of the Conference.

For the participants of the XXXI Conference, the executive orga-nizer have provided for single-bed, two-bed, three-bed and four-bed rooms FOR FIVE NIGHTS ON HALBOARD BASIS in the period from the 12th till the 17th December 2018.

Payments of the complete arrangement can be effectuated:
Through an issued invoice – based on an application (via fax, e-mail, personally or by post) an invoice is being issued with a validity of three days.
