Our goal for the next three to five years is to successfully introduce our products and services to all States, Canada and major developed countries.

OFFER TO INVESTORS

We expect the corporation to begin to generate a positive cash flow between the first 9 to 12 month after launching the solution.

To accomplish this first milestone our company needs an infusion of $ 250,000 in equity capital, in exchange the investor will receive a 21% percentage of company’s preferred stock, the other 9% will be distributed to key executives and the remaining balance to founders.

Our profit forecast indicates that if all goes according to plan, investors can expect to receive substantial profits by the third year of portal introduction to markets.
