Matthias holds over 14 years of project management experience in

the construction, engineering and exhibition sector. Having worked for

the most renowned German players in construction and exhibitions in

Europe and in Shanghai, he could apply his technical and

management skills to successfully deliver high-end turn-key projects

around the world.

Founding XCUBE in 2011, Matthias combined his passion for precision

engineering and project management as required in the exhibition

sector with the knowledge he previously gained in the construction

industry.

Matthias, a German citizen, is a trained carpenter and holds a

degree in Civil Engineering from Dresden University.

WHO I MANAGEMENT

XCUBE was founded in Shanghai in 2011 with the vision to industrialize construction making use of the very same processes that evolved in the automotive industry.

By defining each element in the engineering phase, we can fully control production, assembly,

cost and quality. Hence, efficiency is much higher compared to traditionally built structures. The

possibilities of prefabrication using a modular mindset ensures consistent quality at minimized

production complications and cost.
