Winner of the coveted SAPPI international design and print award, in
the ‘Trading Printers of the Year’, Brochure Category. One of only two
winners for the Australasian region (out of a range of over 400
international entries shortlisted). Judging took place in Holland with
the awards ceremony held at Sydney’s Luna Park, during April 2008.

The quality and finish of this brochure is such that is has been recognised with an international design and print award,
‘Sappi: Trading printer of the year’ 2008.
Wright Graphics created this campaign for the GPT Group’s Connect@Erskine Park. We were involved in the entire
process from naming, to print and signage . The target audience includes logistics users so, our response was to create a
genuine freight ‘look’; this included a customised cardboard presentation box, hand stamps, mock barcode and ‘urgent’
stickers on the packaging. Specialised recycled papers were chosen to highlight the environmentally sustainable
development (ESD) for this project: inner pages printed on paper sourced from 70% recycled sugar-cane, and covers
were printed on paper made with 100% wind energy.

ING Real Estate turned to Wright Graphics for a fresh strategic design approach for this property, City Views Business
Park, located in North Ryde. Our campaign ‘enjoy more exposure’, highlights the key benefits and gives this marketing
campaign a unique look and feel. Marketing elements include direct mail, customised proposals, e-brochure and a
printed Information Memorandum as well as a website landing page and outdoor signage.

AMP Capital approached Wright Graphics to devise a cost-effective approach to provide marketing collateral for several
industrial properties throughout Sydney. Our solution has been to design and produce flexible modular layouts, enabling us

The owners of this large, older style office building, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), asked Wright Graphics to
design an innovative marketing campaign for this office building, which is located near the centre of Burwood NSW.
As one of many major companies to relocate to Sydney Olympic Park (SOP), CBA is consolidating several different offices to
their new $210 million, 48,500m2 campus-style development at SOP (thus vacating premises such as these in Burwood).
We created a range of marketing tools for the agents that sell the main features and benefits of 2-14 Elsie Street and what
it offers the new tenants. We came up with a “THINK BIG” tagline that underpins the marketing campaign.

Metro Chatswood Interchange – Retail and Commercial

Initially assigned to assist only with branding/marketing office space within this project, our clients were so impressed
with our creative ideas, reasonable rates, and high level of service that we have been appointed to produce a full
complement of marketing collateral – for the entire Metro Chatswood development (both retail and office space).
Wright Graphics is providing brochures, outdoor large format signage, as well as a major interactive website for the
Metro Chatswood shopping centre.

Pran Central Shopping Centre
Chapel Street, Melbourne, VIC
Our clients the Precision Group, found our work on Metro Chatswood so pleasing that we were invited to work on the
marketing website of their latest acquisition in Melbourne, the historic Pran Central Shopping Centre. The building is a
perfect backdrop for the home page of the website – Chapel Street being well known for its high fashion shopping.
The site was created with a high level of interactive animation yet is simple to navigate – no gimmicks and just enough
detail. One of the design features is the way the images come into view: heritage-style black and white, then fading to
colour – suggesting how fashion has evolved over the years, yet Pran still remains classically ‘in style’!

range of effective solutions for Watpac’s development at Sydney Olympic Park, 8 Australia Avenue. All collateral is
consistent with Watpac brand guidelines. This includes signage, hoarding and internet/print marketing.
Our other projects undertaken in the area such as the ‘Quad Business Park’ campaign, gave Wright Graphics’ team an
in-depth perspective to marketing requirements for the area. Furthermore, our expertise and contacts with print
suppliers enabled us to provide Watpac with highly cost-effective delivery of a wide range of marketing collateral.

3 office buildings with excellent views of surrounding bush over the Lane Cove River, situated within the dress circle
location of Riverside Corporate Park. 3 seperate office buildings, totalling 34,194m2 of A-Grade office space and parking
for 1,013 cars with an on-site cafe and potential childcare facility.

Watpac is developing this bulky goods retail centre in a landmark
Sydney location with massive exposure to 65,000 cars per day.
4 units from 430m2 to 490m2 are for sale at time of writing.
Wright Graphics is providing our client with ongoing design and
marketing support as part of the marketing strategy for this site.
Our solutions for marketing collateral include:

unique location. The marketing challenge is to demonstrate the
business potential of this magnificent view. To do this and more, a
website is simply the ideal marketing tool. North Sydney joint
agents CBRE and Jones Lang Lasalle said: “Not only does the
website communicate the feel of the view but also allows visitors
to download a printable brochure, take virtual tours and see

In 2008, Hansen Yuncken appointed Wright Graphics as a preferred supplier to design and produce, highly finished
tender submissions – on demand.
Our challenge is to create a fresh approach for each tender, appealing to the company for whom the tender is
addressed, whilst still keeping a corporate ‘look and feel’. All our tenders are created from custom designed templates,
