Found-the body of the deccpsed, Klosner, in a well-nourished condition, -with sign's of bruises about the face1 and eyes, the bones of the nose fractured and turned to the. r ight . There were- no wounds on the head o r scalp. Opened the cranium and found a biopd clot between the dura ma­ter and t h e arachnoid, membranes, in t he r ight frontal portion of the brain, which was about an inch and a" half in diameter ' and perhaps an eighth of a n i n c h i n thick­ness,, wi th 'signs-of inflammation in t h e vicinity. Found no other signs'of injury to any part of body or head'.
