Wittgenstein , L. (1929) 1965, A Lecture on Ethics

DESCRIPTION

This is a beautiful jewel. I'm sure Ludwig would have wanted us to share it and read it freely. Herein is the ethical pith of the Tractatus. From the abstract: “The following lecture, hitherto unpublished, was prepared by Wittgenstein for delivery in Cambridge sometime between September 1929 and December 1930. It was probably read to the society known as ‘The Heretics’, to which Wittgenstein gave an address at that time. The manuscript bears no title. So far as is known, this was the only popular lecture ever composed or delivered by Wittgenstein.”
