USER GUIDE
SAFETY PRECAUTIONSBefore using your wireless keyboard, please refer to the following safety information:
Do not expose this device to water or other sources of moisture. This device contains an integrated lithium ion battery.
Do not use this device while operating a motor vehicle.
Do not use this device while inside an aircraft. This device emits high frequency RF energy which can interfere with the instruments inside aircraft.
Do not use this device in areas where �ammable gases or fumes are present.
Turn o� device in areas where wireless devices may be prohibited, such as in a hospital. Wireless devices can interfere with implanted cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids, and other medical devices.
Do not point this device’s laser at another person or yourself. This device contains a class II laser pointer module and may cause eye damage if used improperly.
This device may be subject to outside wireless interference, thus a�ecting the performance of this product.
Do not attempt to disassemble this keyboard. Doing so will void your warranty.
Charge the battery before using your keyboard. If the device is not used for a long period of time, the battery will lose some of its charge.
Use only a standard mini-USB cable to charge your device. Other USB chargers may overcharge the internal battery and shorten the battery’s lifespan.
Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures. Extreme temperatures will shorten the battery’s life span.
Use only a damp cloth with a mild detergent to clean the device. Solvents and other cleaning agents may cause damage to the device.
MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOTINGIf you are having any issues with using your device, please refer to the guide below before contacting us:
The device does not respond.
Some letters do not show up when typed.
The mouse pointer moves erratically or is unresponsive.
The device does not charge.
The battery may need charging. The device may be turned o�.
The device may not be within the optimal range of the receiver.
The device may not be within the optimal range of the receiver. There may be dust or oil on the touchpad.
The USB port may not be active. The USB cable may be damaged or defective.
Charge the device for at least 15 minutes. Check the power switch.
Move the device closer to the receiver.
Move the device closer to the receiver. Clean the touchpad with a damp cloth.
Try a known working USB port. Try a known working mini USB cable.

CONNECT SmartStick
01. Insert the keyboard’s wireless receiver located inside the back of the keyboard, see Product Overview reference 16, into the USB port on the SmartStick.
02. Turn the keyboard on and press any key. The device should automatically connect.
03. If the keyboard does not connect right away, press and hold the RF key for 3 seconds to pair the device.

Product Overview
INTRODUCTIONThe FE02-RF by FAVI is a fully functional RF keyboard with touchpad mouse combination that easily �ts inside your pocket to travel with you.
The FE02-RF is a stylish and versatile accessory complete with a built-in laser pointer. The FE02-RF is compatible with any device that accepts a standard USB receiver and is designed speci�cally for use with the FAVI SmartStick.
The FE02-RF is also a great companion solution for presentations, gaming, HTPC control, mobile device control, lectures and classroom teaching. The integrated LED backlight allows for ease of use in low light situations. The touchpad can be �ipped horizontally or vertically giving you the option to hold the keyboard in a traditional manner or like a remote control.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
Touchpad: The touchpad can be used in a horizontal or vertical position. Hold Fn + Left Mouse Button to switch between horizontal and vertical mode.
Connecting the receiver: Remove the receiver from the back cover of the device and connect it to any device with a standard USB port. Most Operating Systems will support the receiver out of the box. For driver updates and information, please visit: http://www.favientertainment.com
Enabling the backlight: Hold Fn + Right Mouse button to enable the backlight.
Auto sleep and wake feature: If there is a long period of inactivity, the keyboard will automatically go into a sleep mode. To exit sleep mode, press any key.
Charging the battery: This device can be charged via the included mini-USB cable. It will take approximately 5 hours to fully charge. This device can be used while it’s charging, but will extend the charging time. Note: Please fully charge device before operating it for the �rst time (approximately 5 hours).
Low battery: When the battery is low, the low battery indicator will �ash to warn the user. The device will automatically turn o� if the battery has been depleted.
Laser pointer: With the laser pointed in a safe direction, press and hold the laser pointer button.Rebooting SmartStick: To restart SmartStick, hold Fn + Enter (Ctrl+Alt+Del).
