“This is empowering women professionals at different stages in their career. My company sponsored this

amazing program that paired me with a really seasoned mentor who gives me really actionable advice. I leave

every conversation with her reenergized - I can see a new world.”

Mentees are seeing the benefits

One of my goals this year was to build executive presence by getting more public speaking experience. Through the course of the WEST program, with guidance on goal-setting from my mentor, I spoke at three local meetups, two conferences in the US, and three conferences internationally.

My mentor helped me take a big career leap, moving from web development to android engineering; a leap I would have been much more hesitant to take if I didn't have her help working through the risks and benefits, and ultimately, her encouragement.

I love having the opportunity to be mentored by someone outside of the company who can give me an independent and earnest opinion on my career development.

My mentorship has helped me step into a management role and become a better manager for it. That helps me, my company and the people I manage.

In fact, 2017 mentees reported...
