Physical Activity Physical Activity is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness(the ability to handle the physical demands of everyday life without becoming overly tired) and overall health and wellness.
It is recommended to get sixty minutes of physical activity per day.
Physical activity includes exercising and playing sports.
It also includes the movements associated with an active lifestyle, such as walking up and down steps, biking to destinations, cleaning, and raking leaves.
