Might be your policy didn’t turn out good for maximum employees.

You don’t want to be employee-centric. False promises.

Poor appraisal system.

They provide all the facilities to employees for their betterment, but thinking from companies point of view.

They don’t take feedbacks from the employees.

Keeps on imposing their/ upper management’s opinion on lower level employees.
