DEMAND FOR HONDA(waiting time for advance booking)

• More than18 months waiting in delhi, mumbai, calcutta, chennai.

• More than 12 months waiting in all capitals of Indian States.

• Almost 12 months waiting in major cities.

• Around 9 months waiting in normal cities.

• Around 6-9 months waiting in towns.

So, selling this bike is almost a cake walk for the company.

But…

A company is not at all a company until and unless it reaches every heart of the citizens of that particular

• They need a bike which can balance itself.

• They need a bike which looks as stylish as present Honda ACTIVA.

• They need a bike which grabs citizen’s attention but not citizen’s sympathy.

• They need a new version of bike for themselves to feel proud for acheving their desired bike.

What does company manufactured?

Why is it not desired?

• Failed in look.

• Failed in comfort regarding both driving and back seating.

• Created an impact of sympathy bike.

• Absence of perfectionism in finishing work technically.

Main reason of failure…

• The rear tyres created a look of sympothy.

• The distance between the tyres is more.

• The outlook resembles like a local manufacturing bike than that of a company bike.

What is the solution?
