Boutique wedding catering by chef4u Created by Chef Scott Whitehouse, Scott’s passion for great food & customer service encouraged him to start his own catering business, providing high quality restaurant inspired food for private &
social events. With over 15 years of experience within the catering industry Scott continually aims to offer a
friendly & professional service providing only the best in cuisine. We pride ourselves on being able to offer an innovative & individual dining experience
with the simple ethos of consistent quality. Together with the perfect blend of delicious food and creative ideas helps to make us one of the
Midlands new and exciting wedding caterers. Offering an abundance of choice from rustic mezze boards, traditional roasts, Summer picnics and gourmet afternoon teas to informal evening receptions and extravagant 10 course taster menus.
We strive to offer a personal touch together with tasty modern food to make every event extra special, using only the freshest of ingredients that are seasonal & sourced from local suppliers
whenever possible.
All our menus are written with the upmost care and consideration of seasonal availability. However some items may not always be available, if this does occur we will endeavour to substitute
with the closest related ingredients.

Scottish smoked salmon with shallots, capers & citrus oil Galia melon with Parma ham, virgin olive oil & cracked black pepper
Seasonal roasted asparagus with salsa verdi & soft poached egg Freshly made chicken liver parfait with roasted red onion chutney
To follow Chicken supreme with buttered leeks, creamed potatoes & wild mushroom veloute Blade of beef, dauphinoise potatoes with sautéed seasonal greens & a rich beef jus
Fillet of bream, crayfish risotto with fennel foam Slow cooked belly pork, fondant potato with black pudding crumble,
savoy cabbage & cider cream sauce Bubble & squeak, soft poached hen’s egg topped with hollandaise sauce[v]
