Where are we now?

• 19% of people in the NWest are digitally excluded• West Lancashire has between 85 – 89% of internet

users vs a UK average of 87% • West Lancashire has between 10 – 14% of non-users

compared to a UK average of 12.6%.• Across Lancashire digital exclusion affects up to

120,000 individuals. • This equates approximately 10,000 digitally excluded

individuals in West Lancashire.
