individual rights.

B. Moral Education• Civic Virtue does not become

automatically.• Habits developed through training

experience• Political Debate• Military Service

C. Small Uniform Communities

• People know and care for each other. (common good)

• Homogeneous• Factions occur when interest

are divided.
