TheRetailteaminBulgariasecuredanotheranchortenantformallGrandPlazainRousse,Bulgaria-ArenaCinema(GLA2,070sqm),theleadingBulgariancinemaoperator.Thisisthesecondanchorfortheproject,afterCarrefourhypermarket.
