Welcome to Preppy app, please follow the below step by step guide to install

your Preppy app!!

Step-1 – Please make sure your tablet is compactable it must be installed

with Android 7.0 or above. If it is IOS it should be IOS 10 or above.

Step – 2 – Make sure you are connected to internet (WIFI)

Step- 3 - Open the paly store or App Store

Step- 4 – Just search for “Preppy App” or “Prepsafe” as start the installation

process

Step-5 – Once the installation is completed look for the highlighted App in

your App tray

Step-6- Move the App to your home screen for easy access

Step- 7 – Allowing permission for the app to work smoothly,

Settings > Apps > Locate the App and tap on the app

Step- 8 – Click on Permissions

The below screen will appear

Step – 9 – Allow permission to the below (Camera, Location, Storage)

Step – 10- Exit the screen and go back to your home page and launch the app

Step – 11 – Enter your user credentials (subxxxxx@prepsafe.com) &

Password – Subway#1 and start the app

Wait for few mins until the app load all your required credentials

Once all loaded successfully you will see the below page

Step - 12 – Connect the printer and switch on the power button,

Step – 13 – Open the printer with the 2 yellow clips on the side and load your

label roll

Step – 14 – Connect your printer via Bluetooth by following steps

Settings > Connections > Bluetooth

Step – 15 – Turn on your Bluetooth and scan for available devices and click on

the printer serial number

Your printer will print a paring pin code

Enter the pin and click ok, once successfully connected, go back to your home

page

Launch Preppy app and click on settings

Click on refresh

your printer serial number will appear on here

Step 16 – Scan your label QR code from the box, or you can enter manually,

once done DO NOT RESCAN, click on the above highlighted arrow to go back

to main page,

Well done you are now ready to use the app 😊

Click on use-by

Click on Veggies and choose required one

Click on the Team member and number of copies required and hit next

Click Print and that all enjoy preppy!! 😊

How to Add staff members ?

Go to settings on the app main screen and click on clerks

Click on the highlighted add icon

Your default password is 99 enter this and click ok

Screen Name - Enter your staff members name

Print Name – Enter their initials or short name

Tap to add photo and smile for the camera once done click save

Wait for the below screen and click ok
