LOTTERY PROCESS • Accepted scholars will be separated by the

grade level they will be entering/applied for.

• Scholars names will appear on the screen in alphabetical order.

• If you see your scholar’s name, please wait for “Next Steps” slide for instructions on how to secure your scholar’s seat.

• If you do not see your scholar's name, your scholar has been placed on the waiting list.

• If any accepted scholar does not secure their seat by April 16th the scholars on the waiting list will be contacted in the order that they appear on the wait list.

NEXT STEPS FOR ACCEPTED SCHOLARS

HOW TO SECURE YOUR SCHOLAR’S SEAT

• You will receive an email entitled, College Achieve Paterson Enrollment Forms on Monday, March 22nd with the instructions to complete the forms.

• Please complete the forms in their entirety, as well as, upload all supporting documents.

Your scholar’s acceptance is conditional pending the submission of all required documents including the transfer card and test scores by Friday, April 16, 2021. If documents are not received by April 16, 2021, your scholar’s seat will be given to the next family on the waiting list.

CÓMO ASEGURAR UN ASIENTO PARA SU ALUMNO

• El viernes usted recibirá un correo electrónico titulado, College Achieve Paterson Forma De Inscripcion. Este correo electrónico incluye instrucciones para como completar las formas necesarias para matricular al alumno.

• Por favor de completar las formas y subir todos los documentos necesarios para la matrícula.
