- Grade Summary Report 1. On the candidates Haiku class, go to
the ASSESS tab at the top of the page 2. Drop down to Grades 3.
Click on your name to bring up the individual Grade Summary 4.
Print or take a screenshot and retain for your records.

- Archive Work in a Secure Electronic Storage Account Please be
sure you have backed- up the work you have completed. You will NOT
have access to your Haiku work after this induction year (June
30).

requirements a. Professional Growth Goal each year (Cycle 1 - CSTP
Self-Assessment) b. Advanced Professional Development with
Verification Document- once by the end of the final year of
induction (Cycle 1 - CSTP Self-Assessment) c. Gen Ed/Ed Specialist
Dual Credential Candidates: documented or demonstrated Gen Ed
experience before completing the last year of Induction (Cycle 5)
2. Check with CTI Credential Services (cti@rcoe.us) concerning
additional CTC statutory credential requirements (e.g., Level 2
