• Late work will not be accepted. • Electronic copies will not be accepted. • Students are responsible for all work they miss while absent.

Retakes & Extensions• Students who wish to retake/resubmit an assignment must complete the blue form and return it within one week of receiving their original grade. • Students who would like to request an extension on an assignment must submit a completed yellow form at least one day before the assignment is due.
