Provides national recognition to employers that meet or exceed EPA’s National Standard of Excellence for commuter benefits.

As a qualifying employer,you agree to
• Designate a central point of contact in charge of your commuter benefits, promote your benefits on a regular basis, and have information available for your employees;
• Look for opportunities to use the Best Workplaces for CommutersSM name and logo to promote your designation;
• Ensure that within 18 months of acceptance into the program at
least 14 percent of your employees are not driving alone to work;
• Complete a brief, online annual update.
