Click Templates to see all existing templates

Copy your required template, then edit it

Click Start new survey

On the next page, set the start, closing dates, notifications, etc.

Select your template and configure the settings

Now you have a template…

Add a survey title and instructions

Use ‘Login’ if survey respondents have a WebLearn account

Insert a suitable email address
