The Diocese of Bristol has a clear vision:

Last year, in 2015, a group from City Deanery travelled together to our link Dioceses of Central

and West Buganda.

This was a journey which they will remember forever – a journey in which they grew in their relationships

with each other, met new people and built new friendships, experienced life in communities very

different from their own, and met with God in new and exciting ways.

And now . . . we invite you to join us as we return to Uganda to continue to build these

connections.

Important information

Cost

The cost will be around £1300.*

This will include flights, travel, accommodation and food throughout our stay.

For an extra £300, an optional two day safari trip at the end of the trip may be included.

*Costs are based on the current airfare prices. These prices are subject to change, and are likely to increase as we approach the

date of travel. To secure cheaper flights – we need to book early.

Accommodation

We are hoping to divide our time in Uganda between our two link Dioceses – West and Central Buganda. We

will be staying with local families, eating local food, visiting different places and experiencing a culture very

different from our own.

Prepare to be humbled by the hospitality of hosts, challenged by some of the things we see and hear, and

excited about how God is working in ways we can’t even imagine.
