***** StbEmu Install for Android *****

StbEmu is a Mag 250/254 type emulator for android that works well with many, but not all android devices. Here we will go through the install and setup process.

1st Go to play store on your Android device and search for “StbEmu” Select and install the free version

Once installed, open the application and press the Menu button on your android remote (often marked by 3 horizontal lines) Then go into settings.

From the settings menu, scroll down to profiles, and press OK. Move to the right and enter the existing profile.

Edit the Profile name to Envy, then press OK.

Go down once to Portal settings, then OK, then click on Portal URL and here enter Exactly http://mnenvyiptv.org:5050/c

Click OK when done and back once, now select STB Configuration Make a note of your boxes MAC address and forward that to Martyn (Assuming you already have an account)

Martyn will now add your box to the server and make your connection active. At this point reboot the programme (To exit push menu again and you will find Exit there)

If upon restarting you receive the following page

You may still be waiting to have your connection added.

If you receive a URL unknown or similar error go back and recheck the URL address you added earlier.

Once you are connected, If you experience issues with playback go to Menu, Media player and try the other options (for me External with MX Player appears best)
