Printing Specific Pages Using EC Print’s Web Print Feature

In order to print specific pages using web print, you must save the pages you want to print as PDF’s. Here are the steps of doing so…

1) Go to “File” and click “Save As”.

2) Next click “Save as type” and select PDF.

2. Next, click “Options”.

3. Under “Page range” select “page(s)” and enter in which pages you would like to print.

4. Select where you want to save this file to and then click “Save”. You can now upload this PDF to Web Print.

Excel:

1. First, go to “File” and click “Save as”.

2. Click “Save as type” and select PDF.

3. Next click “Options”.

4. Under “Publish what” click “Entire Workbook”. Then under “Page range” click “Page(s)” and enter in what pages you would like to print. Click “Ok”.

5. Next select where you would like to save this PDF to and click “Save”. You can now upload this document to Web Print.

Powerpoint:

1. Go to “File” and click “Save As”.

2. Next, click “Save as type” and select PDF.

2. Next click “Options…”

3. Under “Range” click Slide(s) and enter in which slides you want to print. Then click “OK”.

4. Next select where you want to save the PDF to and click “Save”. You can now upload this document to Web Print.
