Our facilities spread over a total area of 50.000 m2 located in Keskin Organized Industrial Zone, Kırıkkale. The premises are divided as follows; 15.000 m2 dedicated to

enclosed workshops, 15.000 m2 for assembly and loading yard, 10.000 m2 for warehouse, 1.500 m2 for office space, 5.000 m2 for exhibition space, 2.500 m2 for social facilities.

Prefabricated panel buildings serve all types of temporary and semi temporary site camp and base camp requirements of oil and gas industry, military and construction sector through advanced solutions and technologies with total quality concept based on unlimited customer satisfaction and unlimited support services at every level. All prefabricated panel buildings have a minimum life expectancy of 15 years. Prefabricated panel buildings can be designed as single, double or triple storeys. Prefabricated buildings are to be assembled on a concrete foundation or on a prefabricated structural base to save time by site preparation.

Prefabricated containers / units serve all types of temporary site camp requirements including flat pack units, converted units, fully welded units, trailer / skid mounted mobile units, and pre-assembled units used as accommodation facilities, offices, kitchens, dining facilities, recreation facilities, laundry units, labour quarters, drilling camps, rig camps, dormitories, guard houses, ablution units, relief housing facilities, military camps and oil field caravans. All containers will be produced as high quality and fast erected modular units. As an advantage of their particular features, modules, which may be disassembled, carried and erected elsewhere several times.

Light gauge steel frame buildings are permanent structures mainly used as dwellings and office complexes and have great advantages with respect to conventional construction, such as; cost effectiveness, high-level detail design and design flexibility, resistance to physical factors including seismic loads, rapid, dry and accurate construction period. Steel frame buildings offer certified warranty for advanced thermal insulation, superior acoustic performance, fire resistance and unsurpassed strength and durability. The structure comprises wall frames, mezzanine flooring and roof trusses constructed from light gauge galvanized C and U shaped profiles engineered with simple bolted connections produced by high-tech CNC lines.

Pre-engineered buildings are steel structures built over a structural concept of hot-rolled or built-up steel profiles with cladding materials which is ideal for use in industrial, wide-span low-rise buildings. Pre-engineered buildings allow our customers to integrate the latest technology building components together with traditional building materials such as brick, stone, glass or wood. Our pre-engineered building solutions meet every objective by high feasibility in power consumption, sustainability, life span and functionality. KL YAPI has the capability to supply and assembly structural steel for any project according to international standards, design criteria, and technical requirements.
