Waterside at Coquina Key is located on two different sides of Coquina Key.
The North Village consists of 290 units and the South Village a further 628 units. Every home at Waterside has a terrace or deck directly overlooking the water.
The buildings are of extremely high quality being completely constructed using concrete block. 2 ½” poured concrete between floors with 18” air space and insulation added, poured concrete stairs and concrete block between units.
There are several floor plan choices and two finish levels; Standard and Premium. All premium units were refurbished to a high standard providing finishes which include new carpets, fully fitted kitchens complete with all appliances and a washer/dryer. New air conditioning units have been installed in each property. Each property comes with a terrace or balcony with direct views or access to the water. All units are covered by a one year home warranty covering electrical systems and appliances and full warranty details are available upon request.

Regular Torcana newsletter readers will know our affection for this unique coastal part of Central Florida; it is only a 1hr 25 minute drive to Orlando with its world famous theme parks and attractions and is just 25 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in nearby Tampa so the kids will be well catered for.
Waterside is located 5 minutes from the lovely restaurant lined avenues of downtown “St Pete”, and eight minutes from what is consistently voted by Trip Advisor readers as the most beautiful beach in the United States “Ft De Soto” National Park. Also on your doorstep are scores of uninhabited paradise islands and the stunning Boca Ciega Bay, St Pete beach and the quaint historical beach town of Pass-A-Grille.
Sports fans have major league ice hockey, baseball (Tampa Bay Rays) and Pro Football (Buccaneers) close by. Additionally there are a host of major museums and art galleries both locally and in nearby Tampa/Sarasota including the world famous Salvador Dali museum. Just 30 minutes to the south and you are in the serene beach town of Sarasota and its world famous Siesta Key.
St Petersburg (part of the Tampa Bay area) known as ‘The Sunshine City’ has a population of almost 250,000 with a further 4 million people living in the greater Tampa Bay area, making St Petersburg the fourth largest city in Florida and the Tampa bay area the second most populous in Florida. The beautiful Tampa bay area has everything you will ever need from a major metropolitan area.
With all this being said my favourite thing to do in Waterside is to sit back and read a good book while the golden sun sets on another magical day in my little corner of Paradise.
