PROJECT DESCRIPTION21 total wells in two procurement phases over a 6 year time period
There will be both standard water production wells and ASR Wells
Phase One:
Ten Wells completed by 2020
Total Construction Costs $47,000,000
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Install 4 Production Wells
Install 6 ASR Wells
Production Capacity 1,000 to 1,800 gpm.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION GOALS
The goal of these wells is to augment Phoenix’s potable water resources during times of long-term water shortages, emergency outages, and meeting potable system demand balancing
Scope of Work
WELL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION ADMINSTRATION & INSPECTION SERVICES
Each design firm will receive a minimum of 3-4 well projects.

One Firm will be selected Serve as primary contact with WSD.
Receive direction from WSD (Engineering and Remote Facilities Divisions) and determine potential impacts and benefits to the Well Construction Program
Create, implement, and review schedule, budget, and project progress.

Cover letter, front and back covers, Table of Contents and tab dividers will NOT be counted toward the maximum page limit, UNLESS they include information that may be considered by the selection panel.
